At Tiptory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Tiptory account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
